WHY OUR 3-IN-1 FULL SPECTRUM SAUNA THERAPY IS DIFFERENT We are proud to offer the only 3-in-1 Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Therapy available on the market! Most saunas only offer far infrared, however our full spectrum saunas is designed with the newest technology and includes all three near, mid and far infrared heat therapy and is 7 times more effective than traditional saunas.
WHAT IS INFRARED? Infrared light is part of the sun’s invisible spectrum of light that has the ability to penetrate the human tissue. Infrared heat, heats the body directly rather than simply the air.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 3 INFRARED WAVELENGTHS Far infrared (FIR) is the longest wavelength and reaches deepest into the body, where toxins are stored. By raising your core body temperature, FIR stimulates the sweat glands, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat that leaves you feeling revitalized. Benefits include weight loss, detoxification, relaxation and blood pressure reduction.
Mid infrared (MIR) is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue where inflammation occurs and speeds up the healing process. Benefits include pain relief, improved circulation, and weight loss.
Near infrared (NIR) is the shortest infrared wavelength. Scientific research shows that when delivered at vital wavelength of 880nm, without extreme heat or light, NIR promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing and tissue growth.
CHROMOTHERAPY We offer chromotherapy during each session at no additional cost. This ancient healing method of light and color therapy improves overall health and harmony. Each color in the visible light spectrum possesses frequencies of a specific vibration. Each vibration is related to different physical symptoms. Chromotherapy restores various energy points to help balance the body. You get to choose the color during you session!
